    A well written blog!
A brand is an identity, it take time to get people to know you and your company. As you mention above and the opinions you got from your social tribe, not much is really different from the non-internet based social media. I think sometimes “social-media”-meta knowledge and work takes too much time. It is all about the value you provide. If people like it, well they will click on Like buttons, they will send e-mails and they also will send paper-mails as well.
So in my opinion, value-to-customer is the most important quality of any marketing strategy.

Great blog and I am looking forward to more in the same subject.

    Cheers,
    Shahram

Thanks Shahram, you’re right.. brands do take time to create their identity and have to offer value in return just like in the offline world. How far can someone drive engagement through social networks is the key to success, small brands can leverage this well.
